Can I return a product?

  • All sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and 100% satisfied, always! Because our items are handmade, you may notice some slight imperfections or variations which are considered part of the unique handcrafted process - although we do our best to create a product you will absolutely love. However, if there is a problem with your GMco product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@gratefulmerchantco.com so we can come to a resolution together.

    NOTE:
     We can only replace Grateful Merchant Co. handcrafted items if they are defective or damaged in transit. **THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO VINTAGE FINDS.**
    Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include photos and a detailed description in your email. We'll get started on a resolution ASAP.

Do you offer refunds?

  • We do not offer refunds. By purchasing our products you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.
  • We will replace a Grateful Merchant Co. handcrafted product that was defective or broken in transit and can not cover any original shipping fees. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 days. Please keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
  • Grateful Merchant Co. handcrafted damaged or defective goods qualify for a replacement or credit on a future order only.
