Can I return a product?
- All sales are final. But we want you to be happy with your purchase and 100% satisfied, always! Because our items are handmade, you may notice some slight imperfections or variations which are considered part of the unique handcrafted process - although we do our best to create a product you will absolutely love. However, if there is a problem with your GMco product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@gratefulmerchantco.com so we can come to a resolution together.
NOTE: We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and include photos and a detailed description in your email. We'll get started on a resolution ASAP.
Do you offer refunds?
- We do not offer refunds. By purchasing our products you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.
- We will replace a product that was defective or broken in transit and can not cover any original shipping fees. Damages from shipping must be reported within 3 days. Please keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
- Damaged or defective goods qualify for a replacement or credit on a future order only.
