Vintage *Tidewater Inn* Glass Ashtray
(aka: The “One More Drink” Burner)
This is the ashtray that says, “I’ll just have one,” and then… doesn’t leave.
Straight out of the Tidewater Inn (holding it down in Easton, MD since 1949), this piece has seen its fair share of check-ins, check-outs, and “let’s circle back on that tomorrow” moments. It’s equal parts polished and a little bit trouble.
That mint green center? Smooth. Confident. Knows exactly what it’s doing. *I can see Don Draper flicking ash into this bad boy.
Bold block lettering? Clean enough to mean business, cool enough to ignore it after 5pm. The glass itself is thick and solid - this thing’s got presence (it's got that sea glass glow like an old school Coke bottle).
Condition is good - clean, no chips or cracks (just vintage charm doing its thing), and ready to step right back into rotation.
