WHOLESALE POLICIES + SHIPPING

wholesale policies

A little housekeeping before we get down to business.

We're a small-batch operation, and every order gets our full attention. Here's everything you need to know about ordering, production, and shipping before we get the good stuff headed your way.

- Wholesale ordering is available exclusively to approved Grateful Merchant Co. wholesale partners.
- Once your wholesale account has been approved, you'll receive instructions for accessing our Wholesale Catalog and placing your orders.
- Wholesale pricing is available to approved retailers only. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
- Our wholesale minimum is $125 per order, excluding shipping and applicable taxes.
- Minimum order quantities also apply to individual product categories. Please refer to the quantity requirements listed in our Wholesale Catalog when placing your order.
- Orders must meet both the $125 minimum and the applicable product quantity requirements before they can be processed.
- Wholesale orders are reviewed and confirmed before entering production.
- Once your order has been submitted, we'll review the details, confirm product availability, and provide an estimated production timeline.
- Payment is not required when your order is initially placed.
- Once your order has completed production and is packed and ready to ship, we'll send you one final invoice that includes your merchandise and actual shipping charges.
- Payment is due within 7 calendar days of receiving your invoice. Orders will ship once payment has been received in full.
- For larger wholesale orders, a deposit may be required before production begins. Any deposit requirements will be communicated and agreed upon before your order is confirmed. The remaining balance, including shipping, will be invoiced when your order is ready to ship.
- Most wholesale orders are prepared within 10–15 business days.
- Our products are made in small batches, and many require additional time for manufacturing, drying, and curing before they're ready to ship.
- Our standard production turnaround begins once your order has been reviewed and confirmed. For orders requiring a deposit, production will begin once the deposit has been received.
- Production times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume. If your order requires additional time, we'll communicate any significant changes to your estimated shipping date.
- Please keep in mind that production time does not include shipping transit time.
- Wholesale orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submission, provided production has not begun.
- Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not permitted without prior approval from Grateful Merchant Co.
- By submitting a wholesale order, you agree to purchase the merchandise ordered, subject to our acceptance of your order and the cancellation terms outlined above.
- If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before production begins.
- For orders requiring a deposit, any applicable cancellation and refund terms will be communicated before the deposit is collected.
- All wholesale sales are final.
- Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch manufacturing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges of wholesale merchandise.
- If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected items and packaging.
- We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement for qualifying damaged or defective merchandise.
